Sessions with Joanne are not about proving anything. It’s about just being.
Group workshops and one-to-one sessions blend professional fine art expertise with meditation, therapeutic non-clinical approaches and contemplative wisdom teachings. Joanne facilitates offline, unplugged art classes and reflective workshops from her city centre art studio in Metro House, Chichester and The Green Door Centre in Bosham. Each gathering is an open invitation to return to the creative pulse that lives within us all, a space where curiosity is medicine and imagination is the doorway to wholeness.

That’s why we promote positive, ad-free tools to gently uplift your practice and help you begin, so over time, you can step away from doom-scrolling and into mindful creativity.
Every participant receives free access to the world’s largest ad-free library of guided meditations, music tracks, worksheets and talks, providing ongoing tools for calm, creativity, and transformation.
