Returns & Refund Policy

Artwork Purchases

Each piece from The Peaceful Paintbrush is carefully prepared and packaged from my studio with great care. Due to the nature of artwork and fine art prints, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please take care when selecting your artwork, and if you have any questions about size, paper quality, colours, or the artwork itself before purchasing, please contact me and I will be happy to help.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every artwork is carefully checked and securely packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or there is a fault with the item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photographs of the artwork

  • Photographs of the packaging

I will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact me as soon as possible and I will help resolve the issue.

Original Artwork & Commissions

Due to the unique and personal nature of original paintings and commissioned artwork, these sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the artwork arrives damaged or faulty.

Contact

If you have any questions before purchasing, please get in touch. I am always happy to provide additional information about an artwork to help you choose the right piece for your space.

Thank you for supporting an independent artist and welcoming a piece of The Peaceful Paintbrush into your home.

Art Class Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bookings for art classes and creative sessions are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, I am happy to transfer your booking to another available date, provided I receive at least 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed sessions (“no shows”), cannot be transferred or refunded and the full session fee will remain payable. This policy allows me to prepare each session carefully and ensures spaces are fairly allocated. Thank you for your understanding and support.

THE STUDIO MONTHLY NEWSLETTER

In 2024, I made a conscious decision to step away from social media and devote more time to my practice, my creative work and the cultivation of a quieter way of being. I now share monthly updates from the studio, reflections on creativity and mindfulness, glimpses of new paintings, contemplative creative practices, and invitations to workshops, retreats and gatherings. A slower way of staying connected.
