Carefully Wrapped Artwork, Sent With Care
Each original artwork and giclée print from The Peaceful Paintbrush is carefully prepared, packaged and sent from my studio with attention and care. I believe receiving artwork should be a special experience, so every piece is thoughtfully protected using suitable packaging to ensure it arrives safely at your door.
Processing Times
Giclée prints are made ready for dispatch within:
5–7 working days
Please note that original artworks and commissions may require additional preparation time. If you are purchasing an original painting or a bespoke piece, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be confirmed with you directly.

International Customs & Import Charges
For orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or fees that may be applied by their country. The Peaceful Paintbrush is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking details will be sent once your artwork has been dispatched.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as I cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
Every piece is carefully packaged before leaving the studio. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can assist. If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact me and I will work with the delivery provider to investigate.
