This space is for returning clients only, who have already met with me and discussed their session. Please feel free to go ahead and book your session directly. For sessions longer than three hours, please contact me by phone, text, or email so we can review the diary together. If this is your first time here, please visit the CONTACT page and complete the form. Joanne will be in touch. Due to my work and AuDHD, I may not respond immediately, but I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation Once your session is scheduled, you’ll receive a confirmation email, a reminder 24 hours before, and a reminder text on the day. There’s no need to reply unless you need to reschedule. First-Time Visitors If this is your first session, you’ll be asked to complete and sign a terms and conditions form on arrival. Please bring your diary so we can book four sessions in advance, along with your emergency contact information. Once completed, this will cover you for group sessions, future workshops, and 1:1 sessions. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. I’ll do my best to find a suitable alternative time. Arrival Please arrive on time to honour the stillness of the studio. Conversation and questions are always welcome, and we can also create a quiet, reflective space if that feels more supportive. You’re invited to arrive gently, without expectation. If you have any questions, you’re always welcome to get in touch. I’m looking forward to meeting you and exploring what feels most supportive for you.
