What if your creativity wasn’t something to achieve,
but something to befriend?

Bravery Begins with
One Small Mark

You don’t need any experience in meditation or art. All that’s required is curiosity and the willingness to meet your creativity with openness and kindness. This space welcomes curious souls, recovering perfectionists, quiet dreamers
and brave beginners alike.

Creative Process

At the heart of this journey is time — time to slow down and reconnect with your creativity in a way that feels kind, supported, and pressure-free.

Each session begins with a gentle prompt or invitation from me, then you’re free to follow what feels right for you. You might paint, write, stitch, play with colour and texture, or simply explore without a plan. There’s no right way to do this — you move at your own pace, in your own rhythm.

There are no expectations here. Just curiosity, permission, and space to explore what feels alive for you.

At the end of each session, we’ll pause to reflect together — noticing what came up, what surprised you, and what you’d like to carry forward. Because sessions are one-to-one, everything is shaped around you and your unique creative flow.

Supporting Practice

Alongside making, we’ll include small mindful pauses — moments to check in with how you’re feeling as you create. You’ll also receive simple, therapeutic worksheets to support reflection, rest, inspiration, and creative flow between sessions.

These are gentle tools, not homework — offered as support, not pressure.

Our Sessions Can Include

  • A soft opening to help you settle and arrive

  • Time to create freely in your chosen medium

  • Gentle reflection and conversation

  • A short guided meditation or imaginative exercise

  • Space to process what’s emerged

  • A grounding or closing reflection

  • Cacao Ceremony

  • Working in silence

Who It’s For

This space is for anyone longing to reconnect with their creative joy. You might be a painter, writer, photographer, singer, dancer, maker — or someone who simply wants to remember how it feels to play again.

No experience with art or meditation is needed. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself with kindness. This space warmly welcomes curious souls, quiet dreamers, recovering perfectionists and brave beginners.

An Invitation

Come exactly as you are — inspired or unsure, paint-splattered or hesitant. Come to slow down, to listen, to breathe, and to remember that creativity is something you already carry. Together, we’ll gently soften what feels tight, rekindle what feels dim, and allow creativity to move freely again.

Booking & Prices

Creativity is a living, breathing practice and I want this journey to feel joyful, supportive and accessible.

Each Creative Unfolding includes one-to-one guidance, some art materials, meditations, and creative mentoring. (You may wish to contribute a little extra if your project needs specific materials.)

To keep this work as open and inclusive as possible, I offer a sliding-scale contribution, so you can choose an amount that feels right for you and your circumstances. Creativity should never feel out of reach — this is about presence, playfulness, and freedom.
