With over 35 years of experience working with creativity as a medicine, I specialise in holding space for individuals who may be navigating anxiety, isolation, burnout, overwhelm, grief,  neurodiversity-related challenges or periods of transition. Sessions can complement existing mental health or wellbeing plans. I welcome referrals for adults who may benefit from a spacious, low-pressure space to reconnect with themselves, build coping tools, or support their mental health through quiet space and contemplative creativity.

Creative Calm sessions are a non-clinical, heart-centred space to restore balance, ground your energy, and find gentle stillness through creativity and meditation. Each session includes therapeutic benefits, soothing music, a pot of tea, sensory lighting and beautiful art materials, everything you need to unwind and reconnect.

Learn professional painting techniques in a heart-centred, inclusive space. Explore a wide range of materials and methods from acrylics, drawing, composition, colour and form while cultivating calm, bravery, fine art skills, confidence and your unique creative voice.

Perfect for students and anyone wishing to develop a serious creative fine art practice. With friendly, non-judgmental guidance and mentorship, you’ll deepen your practice, gain clarity on direction, and overcome creative blocks while building confidence and your own signature style. I support every stage of your journey, combining professional-level practice with guidance on funding applications, exhibitions, marketing, creating a cohesive body of work, and creative coaching..

Enjoy a 45-minute seated Reiki session to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with your inner energy followed by a 15 minute deep, grounding guided meditation. Supporting Our Work & Your Experience

We recognise that money can sometimes feel like a sensitive topic. As we move towards becoming a CIC, our aim is to make our creative offerings accessible to everyone, whatever your ability to pay. At the same time, like any business, we have costs to cover and rely on the generosity of bookings and art sales to continue sharing our work and supporting our community.

To give some perspective, fees for highly qualified fine artists, practitioners and educators, such as in art therapy or counselling, typically range between £55 and £150 per hour. Our sessions are one to one not group classes.

You can also choose to contribute more or pay less - we offer a sliding scale and are always happy to discuss.

Please know that financial considerations, level of arts and meditation experience will never be a barrier. We are committed to finding a way to welcome you. To make things simple and avoid discomfort, we invite you to contact us before booking to discuss your needs and ability to donate. Our priority is always to make space for your journey while sustaining our work for the benefit of all.

(Prices are based on fair-pay standards for creatives, following guidance from Artists' Union England and may vary depending on your project or enquiry)
