What To Expect

Art Classes & Unplugged Studio Space
For Neurodivergent and Creative Minds

I hold space for a constellation of heart-led creatives — artists, teachers, photographers, writers, intuitive entrepreneurs, neurodivergent thinkers, soul-seekers, meditation explorers, barefoot herbalists and those who are called to paths that don’t look like anyone else’s. This space also welcomes those moving slowly, living with illness, burnout, fatigue or tender nervous systems.

A Heart-Centred Space for Creative Calm

I hold space for creatives who live from the heart and refuse to be neatly defined.
Artists, neurodivergent minds, intuitive souls and those brave enough to walk their own way.

If the world doesn’t always speak your language, you’re welcome here.

I work with wide-eyed beginners, wonderfully seasoned souls and everyone in between.

This work is about really embracing creativity and being.

To move forward with clarity, ease, inner happiness and alignment.

It's about feeling rooted but free to explore and so much more.

This is a place to unplug.
To soften what’s been stuck.
To honour the in-between seasons - the shedding, the resting, the becoming.

Here, we slow down.

We ponder - we explore.

We drink Cacao and connect.
We breathe.

We chant.
We listen for what is ready to unfold.

What This Work Is

This isn’t about fixing you.
It’s not hustle, performance, or turning your creativity into content.

It’s slow, soul-rooted guidance.
A steady presence.
A spacious, co-creative unfolding where how you work matters just as much as what you make.

Together, we gently:

  • Untangle overwhelm

  • Bring rhythm to scattered ideas

  • Honour your nervous system and natural pace

  • Re-awaken a nurturing creative practice

  • Navigate practical things (websites, funding, visibility) without burnout

  • Find kind, brave ways to share your work

  • No rush.

  • No pressure.

  • Just honest creative support and a little magic!

Who This Is For

You might be here because:

  • You have many ideas but no clear place to begin

  • Your creativity feels sacred, but the world wants you to package it

  • Your practice feels distant or dormant

  • You’re tired of doing it all alone

  • Visibility feels tender or exposing

  • You know something is shifting, but can’t quite name it yet

You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re simply in a liminal space between.

And you don’t have to walk it alone.

A Gentle Beginning

You don’t need any creative experience.
You just need a moment to say yes to yourself.

This is where we re-anchor before we grow.
Where we return to your pace, your rhythm, your way.

When you’re ready, we begin — heart-first and gently.
