For those who honour creative bravery and feel the belonging that blooms when heart and hands meet.

What if your creativity was not something to achieve but something to befriend? This is a rare invitation: a space to turn inward with attention, intention and breath.
Here you are not performing, proving, or perfecting. You are simply being. All are welcome. Beginners and artists, dreamers and professionals, neurodivergent thinkers, soul-led seekers, recovering perfectionists. Anyone ready to move beyond burnout and reclaim wellbeing through creative practice.
Sessions take place in my private art studio at Metro House in Chichester and three times a year at The Green Door Centre in Bosham. Each gathering is grounded, rooted and heart centred. A place where wellbeing and creativity meet.
I offer a gentle creative path back to yourself.
My sessions are about paint, paper and presence coming together to settle your mind and restore your heart via creative wellbeing. As we create with intention, your nervous system softens, your energy clears, and a deeper rhythm of being begins to emerge.
My sessions offer a path to soothe a restless mind, ease anxious currents, rekindle creative confidence, recover after the storms of burnout or life shifts, illuminate clarity and reawaken connection to meaning and purpose. Together, we gather tools that bring grace to everyday life, nurture a mindful rhythm of creative reflection and help you feel re-enchanted, happier and connected.
I offer space to notice, to breathe and to return to your own rhythm, and for those seeking clarity, stillness, or deeper flow, my sessions provide gentle guidance every step of the way.

I also offer a 1:1 traditional fine art class

The Creative Process
At the heart of this journey is time and expertise. Time to slow down and reconnect with your creativity in a way that feels supported and pressure free. Each session begins with an optional gentle creative prompt or invitation.
From there, you follow what feels alive for you. You may paint, draw, write, stitch, plan, ponder, imagine, colouring or explore mixing paints and texture without a fixed plan.
There are no expectations.
No aesthetic standards to meet.
Only curiosity and permission.
Because sessions are one to one, everything is shaped around your individual needs, ideas and a wonderful creative rhythm.
