Sacred Creative Practice
Sacred fine art space for skill, healing, and creative growth
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking a 1:1 Sacred Creative Session with me. This session offers a calm, supportive space to explore fine art techniques at a pace that honours where you are. Together, we’ll nurture your creative practice while fostering balance, spaciousness, and connection — a sacred refuge where art becomes a form of medicine, tending with care to both fine art skills and soulful wellbeing. A note on scheduling: As someone with Dyspraxia, I use an online calendar system to help me stay organised and present. When your session is scheduled, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email, a reminder email 24 hours beforehand, and a reminder text on the day. There’s no need to reply to these unless you need to reschedule — you’re always welcome to reach out. Cancellation & rescheduling: Life happens, and flexibility is welcome. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. I’ll gladly find a time that works for us both. On arrival: Please aim to arrive on time to honour the stillness and intention of the space. The studio is a quiet place for creative reflection and making. Take a few moments beforehand to ground yourself and release any expectations — you are invited to simply be. While silence is welcome, gentle conversation is also invited if it supports your sense of ease and connection. Neurodivergent-welcoming space: You are warmly invited to bring your whole self here, just as you are. The studio honours different ways of thinking, sensing, and creating. There is no pressure to mask, perform, or conform — you are free to work at your own pace, follow your own rhythms, and shape the session in ways that feel safe and supportive for you. Consent form: If you haven’t already, please complete the Informed Consent & Disclaimer Form before your session. This is a legal requirement for all clients and supports safe, respectful practice. Access the form > https://forms.gle/chPaNRPdndvHH2TD8 Your wellbeing and informed participation are central to our work together. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m looking forward to our conversation and to gently exploring what feels supportive for you in this space.
