Service Description
Everything is already prepared for you when you arrive. There is nothing to set up, plan or decide. You are invited to simply come, settle, and begin. With a warm cup of herbal tea in hand, you will be guided into a calm, unhurried space of tracing and gentle colouring using gold ink. Pre-prepared sacred outlines such as Om Mani Padme Hum, Japanese Reiki characters, or the Buddhist Endless Knot are laid out for you. There is no need to create or design anything. This is a practice of gentle repetition, mindful movement and quiet awareness. As you trace each line, you are invited to return to breath, to presence, and to the simple act of being with what is already here. In this way, making becomes a form of meditation. A soft devotion to the present moment. A practice of allowing the mind to rest while the hands move slowly and steadily.
