Service Description

Everything is already prepared for you when you arrive. There is nothing to set up, plan or decide. You are invited to simply come, settle, and begin. With a warm cup of herbal tea in hand, you will be guided into a calm, unhurried space of tracing and gentle colouring using gold ink. Pre-prepared sacred outlines such as Om Mani Padme Hum, Japanese Reiki characters, or the Buddhist Endless Knot are laid out for you. There is no need to create or design anything. This is a practice of gentle repetition, mindful movement and quiet awareness. As you trace each line, you are invited to return to breath, to presence, and to the simple act of being with what is already here. In this way, making becomes a form of meditation. A soft devotion to the present moment. A practice of allowing the mind to rest while the hands move slowly and steadily. What to expect: • Everything prepared for you on arrival • Herbal tea to help you settle into the space • Pre-drawn sacred outlines ready to trace • Gold ink and all materials provided • A quiet, guided space with no pressure or outcome • Gentle support and held presence throughout Who it’s for: Anyone seeking stillness, simplicity and a quiet meditative practice that allows the mind to rest and the body to slow down. Outcome: A sense of calm, ease and grounded presence. A soft return to stillness through mindful, repetitive making. MORE INFORMATION Session times are available at 10am or 2pm. Longer sessions can be arranged by request via phone, text or email, allowing us to gently shape the time to best support your needs. New guests are invited to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a short welcome form and bring valid ID. This helps ensure a smooth, grounded and easeful arrival into the space. All sessions operate on a flexible contribution model, allowing you to choose an amount you feel comfortable paying for your session. This approach is designed to support accessibility, integrity and mutual respect within the work.
