Service Description

A gentle, one-to-one creative wellbeing space to slow down, soften and return to yourself through creativity as a form of inner medicine. This is a quiet space away from the noise of the world. A place where you are invited to simply arrive, breathe and be. Alone, together. Held in a shared field of stillness, sometimes in companionable silence, sometimes gently guidance. Each session begins with a soft landing into meditation and mindfulness. A moment to come back into your breath, your body and your own inner rhythm. A pot of herbal tea is offered as part of this slowing, a simple ritual of warmth and grounding. From here, we gently enter creative exploration. Using paint, mark making and simple materials, we listen rather than strive. There is no pressure to produce or perform. Only an invitation to notice what arises when you are given space to be still. This is a non-thinking space. A place of quiet presence, reflection and inner listening. A space where creativity becomes a doorway back to yourself. What you may experience: • Meditation and mindful arrival • Herbal tea and grounding ritual • Gentle creative guidance and reflective prompts • Time in quiet, held creative presence • Materials provided, simply bring yourself • Supportive, intuitive holding from Joanne This space is for those feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, creatively blocked or simply in need of deep rest. It is a place to soften the nervous system, to slow the inner pace and to remember something quieter within yourself. You are not asked to be anything here. Only to arrive as you are. You will leave feeling more settled, more open and more connected to your inner creative life force. Reserve your creative calm and step into a gentle pause. MORE INFORMATION Session times: 10am or 2pm Longer sessions are available by arrangement via phone, text or email so we can gently shape the time together. New guests are invited to arrive 15 minutes early to complete a short welcome form and bring ID so we can support a grounded and easeful arrival into the space. Finances are never a barrier and we will always find a way that supports your situation. Contribution levels are offered in a flexible and respectful way, honouring both your capacity and the holding of this work.
