Service Description
A one to one cacao and Reiki session designed to help you slow down and reset. We start with warm 100% chocolate cacao made with gluten free plant milk. It is simple, grounding and helps you switch off from the noise straight away. Reiki is offered throughout to support calm, relaxation and a clear head. This is your time to pause. No pressure. No expectations. Just space to breathe and come back to yourself. Then you move into painting. No rules, no overthinking, just a simple invitation to put colour on the page and see what happens. You leave feeling calmer, lighter and more like yourself again. If you want a bespoke intention or guided meditation included, just get in touch and it can be added to your session.
