Service Description

Mindfulness, painting and creative exploration, just for you.Two hours to slow down, breathe and reconnect with your creativity. When life feels overwhelming, your mind won't switch off or you've lost touch with your creative spark, it can be difficult to find space for yourself. Creative Calm offers a gentle alternative. These individual sessions bring together mindfulness meditation, grounding, painting, music and creative exploration to help you step away from everyday demands and rediscover the simple pleasure of being present. Created with creatives and neurodivergent people in mind, this is a flexible, welcoming space where you don't need to perform, produce a masterpiece or have everything figured out. Each session unfolds around you. We might begin with meditation, explore colour and mark-making, listen to music or pause for a moment of stillness. There is space for conversation, silence, reflection and discovery. We can return to the breath whenever it feels helpful. This isn't about making perfect art. It's about making space for yourself. Your time. Your pace. Your practice. Creative Calm may be for you if you: - Feel mentally overloaded and long for some breathing space. - Are a creative person seeking renewed inspiration or a way through creative blocks. - Are neurodivergent and would appreciate an individual, flexible approach without the pressures of a group. - Want to explore mindfulness through colour, movement, music and making. - Simply need dedicated time to slow down, reconnect and enjoy being present. No previous experience of painting or meditation is needed. There is no expectation to talk, share or create something finished. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. Everything is taken care of... Your two-hour session includes mindfulness meditation, grounding practices, creative exploration, all art materials and a pot of herbal tea. Sessions take place in The Peaceful Paintbrush studio in Chichester, with an individual approach shaped around your needs, energy and intentions. ACCESS THE STUDIO 'UNSEEN' WORKS + FILM

An ongoing body of mixed-media paintings exploring consciousness, inner experience and the spaces between language and image.

Working intuitively with paint, tissue, gesture, texture and asemic marks, I allow each work to emerge through layers, fragments and traces.

Join my private mailing list for exclusive access to my new work, including a short film about my creative process, monthly studio letters, first news of exhibitions and invitations to selected workshops and gatherings. I’m not active on social media. My mailing list is the only way in. Join the list for your glimpse inside.
