How to Begin Painting / Self Paced / 15 Minutes a Day (Without Feeling Overwhelmed)

  • 33 Days

About

Beginning to paint can feel heavier than it should. Not because it is difficult, but because life already asks so much of you. We live in a time where minds are full, attention is stretched and energy can feel low. With financial pressure, uncertainty and the pace of daily life, creativity is often something people postpone. Not because it does not matter, but because it feels like it needs more time, space or clarity than is available. For neurodivergent minds, this can feel even harder. Without gentle structure, creativity can become overwhelming. Too many choices. No clear starting point. A tendency to overthink or avoid beginning. This course is a response to that. A softer way in. A simple, steady rhythm. A place where creativity meets you exactly where you are. You will only need 10 to 15 minutes a day. You can set a timer, move through the 33 days slowly or stretch them across a year. There is no pressure to keep up. Each day offers a simple, zen inspired task using acrylic paint. No photographs. No complicated setup. Just a brush, water and a willingness to begin. Alongside this, a short reflection helps settle the mind and create space before you make. These small practices build essential fine art skills while gently restoring creative confidence. In a fast and demanding world, 15 minutes of quiet making can be transformative. You are not here to get it right. You are simply invited to begin.
