Cacao invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and listen to the whispers of our hearts

As a painter, my creative journey is deeply intertwined with beautiful moments that evolve my ecology and enhance my focus. One such wonder nugget is the gentle consumption of cacao, which I have found to be a powerful ally in my art studio and workshops.

This ancient, heart-opening plant medicine allows me to connect more deeply with my inner self and infuses my painting sessions with focus, intention, and clarity. Perfect for flow-state!

While some facilitators use cacao in conjunction with dance, drumming, and chanting, I choose to embrace it in a more slow, contemplative space where I can connect with my inner self and set intentions for my creative work.

By setting my intentions with each sip, I invite a flow of creativity that guides the start of my day in the studio, making my art a true expression of my heart and spirit.
