Gentle Sessions for Rest, Relaxation & Reconnection
Step into a spacious, gentle container for rest, reflection, and creative unfolding. In one-to-one sessions, you are invited to reconnect with your inner world through a variety of mindful, heart-led practices:
-
Creative Calm Pathways: Slow journaling, mark-making, or simply being—these sessions soothe the nervous system, restore inner ground, and offer a pause for reflection, presence, and deep rest.
-
Heart-Led Painting Journey: Guided painting that reflects your heart’s landscape, blending expressive acrylic techniques with reflective dialogue and moments of stillness to connect with your deeper self.
-
Meditative Art & Contemplative Practice: Drop into silence and spaciousness with rhythmic, repetitive painting techniques, dotting, flowing lines, gentle brush gestures to cultivate calm, embodied awareness, and mindfulness.
-
Creative & Cacao Painting Sessions: A soulful ritual of art and heart, supported by ceremonial cacao. These sessions encourage spontaneous, embodied expression from a centred, sacred space within.
Each session honours the healing power of music, silence, presence and the medicine of creativity. There is no pressure to perform - only an invitation to soften, breathe, and return to yourself with compassion, allowing your creativity to become a refuge for inner peace, joy, and well-being.

Supporting Our Work & Your Experience
We understand that money can be a sensitive topic. As we move towards becoming a CIC, our mission is to make our offerings accessible to all, regardless of ability to pay. At the same time, we have significant costs to meet and rely entirely on the generosity of donations to sustain our work.
To give some perspective, fees for highly qualified fine artists, practitioners and educators, such as in art therapy or counselling, typically range between £85 and £150 per hour. In this spirit, we suggest a donation of £85 per session to help support the continuation of our services. You can also choose to contribute more or less - we offer a sliding scale and are happy to discuss.
Please know that financial considerations will never be a barrier. We are committed to finding a way to welcome you. To make things simple and avoid discomfort, we invite you to contact us before booking to discuss your needs and ability to donate. Our priority is always to make space for your journey while sustaining our work for the benefit of all.
(Prices are based on fair-pay standards for creatives, following guidance from Artists' Union England and may vary depending on your project or enquiry)
