CREATIVE CALM SESSIONS A quiet space to pause, breathe, create and come back to yourself. There are times when life becomes full - with noise, demands, decisions and the constant pull of attention. Creative Calm offers a different kind of space. A few hours to step away from all of that. To slow down. To breathe. To notice what is here. Through painting, creativity and mindfulness meditation, we gently turn our attention towards the present moment - without needing to fix, achieve or become anything other than who you already are. Making art can become a practice of presence. You might notice the movement of your hand, the colours unfolding on the page, the sensations in your body or the thoughts passing through your mind. There is nothing you have to produce. Nothing you have to get right. Simply an opportunity to be here. These sessions can offer a valuable pause from the pace of everyday life - supporting greater calm, awareness and connection, while giving your nervous system space to settle. You don't need to be an artist. You don't need a plan or art materials. You don't need to know how to meditate. Come exactly as you are. YOUR SESSION Each session combines gentle mindfulness meditation practices with painting, creativity, conversation and quiet reflection. All materials and tea are provided. Sessions are available for 2, 3 or 4 hours, at £25 - £95 per hour on an income-based sliding scale. You choose the rate that works for you. NEW HERE? We begin with a free 30-minute consultation. We can meet at the studio, by phone or online. It's simply a chance to meet, ask questions and talk about what you're looking for. There is no pressure to book.
